Project Salvation is a call to mobilize all Christians as evangelist to sow through the power of prayer.

The Vision

The vision is to use blankets to prophetically display the love, compassion and grace of Jesus Christ as our Savior, to spread the Word of God to the lost throughout the world, to establish a prayer network and to inspire transformation through the power of prayer.

The acceptance of the blanket as a physical item, is a prophetic action of accepting salvation through Jesus Christ.The distribution of blankets will be accompanied by a shared message of the gospel, and the label will display a special gospel message or prayer.

In this way the Word of God will be spread, reaching into territories where the gospel never reached before.

The blanket and label will be supplied by fellow Christian who must undertake to pray on a daily basis for the recipient, in this regard the prayer network will be established.

Transformation will be brought about throughout the distribution area as a result of the power of prayer and the prophetic acceptance of the love, compassion and grace of Jesus Christ.

The Mission of Project Salvation

I believe that the Lord revealed the mission statement to me through the following worship song. (This is a song I heard during a worship weekend and don’t know who wrote it)

Participants

We want to see Jesus lifted high (Main focus)

A banner that flies across this land
(Creating awareness and distributing of blankets, the blanket being the banner)

That all men might see the truth and know
(The message accompanied by the blanket will tell the truth about our Salvation)

He is the way to heaven!
(Accepting the blanket is accepting in a prophetic manner that Jesus Christ is our Savior, and the truth will be revealed due to our faithful prayers)

Step by step we’re moving forward
(Every blanket distributed represent a step in faith)

Little by little we’re taking ground
(Every prayer that accompanies the blanket represent God’s influence that will grow as the prayer network and area of distribution grows)

Every prayer is a powerful weapon
(Every prayer will represent the power of God binding enemy stronghold)

Strongholds come tumbling down
(The power of the prayers will bring about transformation as the enemy stronghold come down)

Strategy for implementation

First Step
The first and foremost step is to lift Jesus Christ up high as our Saviour and our only Salvation.

Third Step

The third step is to distribute the blankets as a prophetic act of accepting Jesus Christ as our Saviour.

Fifth Step

To combine the prayers of the prayer network in bringing down enemy stronghold taking ground in the name of Jesus Christ.

Second Step
The second step is to establish partnerships for distribution and prayer networkers.

Fourth Step

The fourth step is to facilitate the prayer network.

Sixth Step

To move on to the next step taking the world for Jesus Christ.

Foundational principles of Project Salvation

The following scriptures and comments are used as a foundation on how Project Salvation will be run.

Zec 4:6 "This is GOD’s Message to Zerubbabel : You can’t force these things. They only come about through my Spirit, says God-of-the-Angel-Armies."(MSG)
Project Salvation is a God-given vision and as such is laid before the Lord for guidance. My responsibility is only to bring the vision to the body of Christ. Conscience is accountable to God only, and people must be persuaded by God and not driven by force.

Act 4:2 Salvation comes no other way; no other Name has been or will be given to us by which we can be saved, only this one. (MSG)
Project Salvation is therefore focused on Jesus Christ our Lord and the spreading of the Good News to the people who do not know that their salvation is only possible through Jesus Christ our Lord.

2 Cor 6:2 God reminds us, I heard your call in the nick of time; The day you needed Me, I was there to help. Well now is the right time to listen, the day to be helped. (MSG)
The gospel day is a day of salvation, the means of grace the means of salvation, the offer of the gospel the offer of salvation and the present time the only proper time to accept these offers.

Phil 1:19 because I know how its going to turn out. Through your faithful prayers and the generous response of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, everything He wants to do in and through me will be done. (MSG)
It is the prayers of Christians that will be instrumental in bringing about the salvation of those who do not know the truth.

2 Cor 4:3-4 But also if our gospel is being hidden, it has been hidden in those being lost in whom the god of the age has blinded thoughts of the unbelieving, so that the brightness of the gospel of the glory of Christ who is the image of God, should not dawn on them. (LITV)
We have a duty to bring the lost souls under the power and protection of prayer so that the Holy Spirit may reveal the truth to them.
